Nottingham was the location of the third Commonwealth Scholars Regional Network Conference, organised by Midlands and Oxford Coordinator Abdul-Jalilu Ateku, 2014 Commonwealth Scholar from Ghana (PhD Conflicts, Governance and Development, University of Nottingham). The Scholars’ presentation day symposium afforded Scholars the opportunity to share insights into their current research at both Masters or PhD level, and to gain feedback from Commonwealth Scholar colleagues. 30 Scholars took part in the event, which took place on Monday 20 July 2015 at the University of Nottingham, with presentations from a wide range of disciplines.
